Laser Vision Correction
Dr. Wise has been performing refractive surgery since the early 1990’s, initially employing radial keratotomy (RK) and over the last two decades photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) and Laser assisted in-situ keratomileusis (LASIK). He has extensive training and experience in LASER VISION CORRECTION for the treatment of myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), and astigmatism.
Dr. Wise specializes in advanced Custom Vue LASIK. An individual blueprint of one’s unique refractive error is obtained by computer and this information is programmed into the EXCIMER LASER. This technique results in a truly customized result.
